Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. This page says which ones are involved here. The short version: we set none of our own, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.
Cookies we set
None. The site is a set of static pages with no login, no shopping basket and no session to remember, so there is nothing for us to store.
Our analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics — was chosen specifically because it is cookieless. It counts page views without storing anything in your browser and without identifying you. This is also why the site has no "accept cookies" banner: there is nothing of ours to consent to.
Cookies other services may set
Four parts of the site are provided by other companies, and those may set cookies of their own when you use them:

We do not control these and we do not receive anything from them. The maps, the contact form and the booking calendar only run on the pages that contain them — the contact, about and booking pages.
Turning cookies off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not break reading this site, because nothing here depends on one. It may stop the embedded booking calendar or the maps from working properly, in which case you can always book by calling +1 (360) 516-4991.
