This policy explains what happens to information you give us through www.ivibetherapy.com, and what the site collects on its own. It is written in plain English rather than legal shorthand, because it is meant to be read.
Who we are
Infusion Vibes is an IV therapy practice run by Nina Phillips, R.N., working from two clinics:

What this policy covers — and what it doesn't
This policy covers the website. Your medical and treatment records, and anything you discuss with Nina in the clinic, are handled separately under the practice's clinical privacy obligations — not by this page. If you have a question about your health records specifically, contact the clinic directly rather than relying on this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. There are two places on this site where you can send us something:
- The booking page. Booking runs on a scheduling tool called GoHighLevel, embedded in the page. When you book, you give it your name, phone number, email address, the appointment time and anything you type into the notes — and, where you picked one, the treatment you are asking about.
- The contact page. If you send us a message, we receive whatever you put in it. If you email or text us instead, we have that message the same way anyone has an email.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and there is nowhere on it to enter them.
Information collected automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages people visit and roughly where they came from. It is deliberately chosen because it sets no cookies and does not track individuals — it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites. We use it to answer questions like "is anyone finding the Poulsbo page", not to identify visitors.
Other companies involved
A few parts of the site are provided by other companies, so your browser contacts them when a page loads. Each one is listed here with what it is for:

The Facebook and Instagram icons in the footer are ordinary links. Nothing is embedded from either, and neither is contacted unless you click through.
What we do with it
We use what you send us to answer you, to book and confirm your appointment, and to provide your treatment. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. There are no advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking records are kept as long as we need them to run the practice and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to a healthcare provider. If you would like us to delete an enquiry you sent us, ask and we will.
Your choices
- You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- You can block cookies in your browser — see the Cookie Policy.
Email nina@ivibetherapy.com and we will deal with it. We will not make you jump through hoops for this.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it. Treatment of a minor is arranged with a parent or guardian in the clinic, not through this site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
